Usage measurement

While you are signed in, the Platform tells our server which pages you open — the full address, including the tab or view you choose on a page — and, after roughly every 15 seconds of use while its window is visible and in focus, that it is still in use. Nothing is stored in your browser for this, and nothing is sent to anyone else.

We use it to understand how the Platform is used — which features, and where people get stuck — so that we can run and improve it, and the Platform's administrator sees it for each person. It is linked to your account, kept for 90 days and then deleted. It applies to every signed-in user. If you object to it, write to security@theplentygroup.eu: we switch it off for your account and delete what it has recorded. See section 9 of the Privacy Policy.

Separately, our server keeps a record of what you do — the changes you save, the documents you export, your requests to AI features and your sign-ins — as the Privacy Policy describes. It stores nothing in your browser.

Your browser settings

You can block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings, but the sign-in cookie is needed to sign in. Questions: security@theplentygroup.eu. More about how we handle personal data: Privacy Policy.
