EU Proposals

Terms of service

Effective 27 September 2026

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

EU Proposals (“the Platform”, at proposal.theplentygroup.eu) is operated by SIA "Plenty Group", registration No. 40203061230, Latvia (“we”). It is the workspace in which we prepare EU funding proposals with our clients and the organisations they invite into a consortium.

These Terms apply to everyone with an account. By activating your account or using the Platform you agree to them. If you use the Platform for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them for it. These Terms include our Data Processing Agreement. How we handle personal data as a controller is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

  • Engagement agreement — the contract under which we provide proposal services to a client.
  • Client — an organisation that has an engagement agreement with us.
  • Organisation — a client, or any other organisation whose people are invited to work on a proposal, such as a consortium partner.
  • User — a person with an account.
  • Content — proposal texts, comments, work plans, partner and researcher details, effort and budget figures, and files in the Platform.

3. Access

  • Access is by invitation only. We create accounts for our clients and the people they ask us to invite, and grant access proposal by proposal — to read, to edit, or to manage it.
  • Your credentials are personal: don't share them. Two-factor authentication is required to sign in. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.
  • Keep your account details accurate.

4. Acceptable use and confidentiality

Do not use the Platform to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or bypass its security, probe, scrape or overload it, or misrepresent who you are.

A proposal may contain confidential information of the other organisations in its consortium, and of ours. Use what you see in the Platform only to work on that proposal, and do not disclose it beyond the people entitled to see it. We may suspend access under section 8.

5. Content and rights

  • Content an organisation provides remains that organisation's. We process personal data in it as its processor under the Data Processing Agreement.
  • Rights in the proposal texts and other work we produce for a client are governed by that client's engagement agreement.
  • The Platform, our methods and templates, and our reference library remain ours. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform, for the proposals you are invited to, while your account is active. Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or modify it.
  • The Platform can use an AI provider to help draft and analyse, with the API key configured for the proposal or by you. AI output is a draft: a person must review it before it is relied on.

6. Fees and service for clients

For clients, fees, service levels and our liability are set out in the engagement agreement, which prevails over these Terms where they differ. Access for other users is free of charge.

7. Availability, warranties and liability

  • We aim to keep the Platform available but do not promise a specific uptime unless an engagement agreement says so. Where we can, we give reasonable notice of planned downtime. We may change features.
  • Except as an engagement agreement provides, the Platform is provided “as is”. Where you use it without an engagement agreement of your own — for example as an invited consortium partner — we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for any liability the law does not allow to be excluded, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • We do not guarantee that a proposal will be funded. Each organisation remains responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides, for the proposal it submits and for meeting the funding programme's rules.

8. Suspension and termination

  • You may ask us to close your account at any time.
  • Access to a proposal normally ends when the work on it ends, or when the organisation that asked for your invitation asks us to remove it.
  • We may suspend or end access for a material breach, a serious security or legal risk, or when the engagement it belongs to ends. Where practical, we give notice and a chance to put a breach right first.
  • When access ends, Content is returned or deleted as the Data Processing Agreement describes, subject to what the law requires us to keep.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Latvia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Latvia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. For a material change we will ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in; if you do not accept it, you can stop using the Platform. Contact: info@theplentygroup.eu.
